		<description>I think the "explanation of the purpose of software" should be able to guide all future technical decisions, provided the purpose is well defined (as in "the main reason I'm creating this software is to ..."). Hmm... maybe we should list out these "purposes" or "guiding principles" on the home page of the project, so that people keep reading them and then start thinking of them as facts of life :).</description>
